Trotz dass wir nahezu alleine im Hotel waren, hast es beim Frühstück an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig un man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen.

„Hotel ok - aber in der Nebensaison muss man sich auf Abstriche einstellen
Zimmer und Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung. Hotel war in der Nebensaison sehr wenig besucht. Daher auch sehr ruhig.
Frühstück könnte vor allem in der Nebensaison individueller und somit „frischer“ zubereitet werden. Dadurch dass das Hotel nicht stark besucht war, war die Frische bei Frühstück ebenso nicht wirklich gegeben.

„Graciosa ist eine Reise wert ... ein voller Reisetag ist allerdings ausreichend
Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich ... der Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel und ist kostenlos ... das Internet war gut
Das Restaurant hatte am Abend nur 4 Gerichte angeboten ... eine Suppe, einen Salat ???, Fischfilet mit Salat und Hähnchen mit Salat. Die Panade am Fisch war dicker als der Fisch und beim Hähnchen war es ähnlich. Das Essen war das Geld nicht wert und die Bedienung konnte uns nichts in englischer Sprache erklären ... sie hatte sich aber bemüht! Aufgrund von Problemen der Sata Azoren Airline konnten wir nicht wie geplant anreisen (der Flug wurde erst spät am Abend storniert) und kamen deshalb erst einen Tag später an ... die Nacht war aber bereits bezahlt und konnte auch nicht mehr storniert werden. Wir sind zusätzlich zur zweiten - gebuchten und auch bereits bezahlten Nacht - eine weitere Nacht dort geblieben und mussten hierfür den vollen Preis bezahlen. Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Hotel wegen der ersparten Leistungen aus der nicht genutzten Nacht einen reduzierten Preis berechnet, aber trotz meiner diesbezüglichen Erklärungen zur Situation war dies nicht möglich. Das Hotel war übrigens nur zu etwa 10% gebucht. Um bei der Airline die Kostenerstattung für die bereits bezahlte aber nicht genutzte Übernachtung Im Hotel einzufordern, ist eine Rechnung mit diversen Angaben erforderlich. Die Rezeption wollte oder konnte eine solche spezielle Rechnung - trotz detaillierter Vorgaben - nicht ausfertigen ... in Restaurants war eine solche Rechnungsausfertigung kein Problem und diese kann bei der der Airline auch zur Erstattung eingereicht werden. Und die Mietwagenfirma hatte uns das Fahrzeug auch länger als zunächst gebucht ohne Mehrkosten überlassen ... so schafft man Kundenzufriedenheit! Meine zusammengefasste Bewertung dieses Hotels ist - es ist wohl das einzige Hotel auf dieser kleinen Insel, das über einen gewissen Standard verfügt - dieses Hotel ist geeignet, sofern man nur übernachten will und über einen Mietwagen verfügt
