What was the highlight of INATEL Graciosa Hotel
A modern, high quality hotel — marred only by an extraordinary lack of attention to the grounds.
The breakfast was very good and the ambience quite agreeable. Unfortunately the ding room was closed the rest of the day during our stay.
I must say that I was disappointed, even shocked, by the nearly total lack of outside landscaping and gardening. What a missed opportunity in a location of this kind in a property of this quality!!

Alright
Decent hotel on the island with a rather large room capacity. Clean rooms. Nice location close to the beach with a lot of parking space. Good breakfast.
Pool water didnt seem that fresh (suspended solids). Rooms are a bit old. Price performance overall not that good even for a small island.

Good
Breakfast was good local mostly local food. Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Views are also excellent.
No in-hotel dining options except for breakfast during our stay. This appears to be due to shortage of staff on island during the period we were there. Hotel was clean and safe but some deferred maintenance was visible.
